About the Role
Nouvita Limited is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Baldock Manor Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the hospital's mission of recovery and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, ensuring effective communication with service users, carers, visitors, and staff.
- Work collaboratively as a Primary Nurse within the multidisciplinary team, including liaison with associated professionals and other agencies.
- Facilitate daily hospital activities and ensure effective use of the Mental Health Act where necessary.
- Maintain a learning environment and assist with the development and revision of local policies and procedures as required.
