About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Nouvita Limited. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, ensuring effective communication with service users, carers, and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Facilitate daily hospital activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Implement effective use of the Mental Health Act, as necessary.
  • Maintain a learning environment, promoting professional development and growth.
