Job Description:
  • Lead by Example: As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of quality in the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the bar area, including inventory management and stock control
  • Leading a team of bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met at all times
  • Contributing to the development of new menu concepts and promotions
