About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for conducting a wide range of ultrasound examinations and providing independent written reports.

Main Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive ultrasound examinations, including general abdominal scanning and specialized areas such as small parts, vascular, and obstetrics and gynaecology scans.

• Developing and maintaining autonomous clinical practice, with a focus on precision and patient care.

• Providing supervision, support, and education to qualified and unqualified staff.

Requirements

• HCPC Registration

• MSC or equivalent in medical ultrasound

• CASE registered PgCert in O&G ultrasound

• Experience working in NHS OB departments
