About the Role

NHS Professionals Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of ultrasound examinations and providing independent written reports on 95% of these.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations, including general abdominal scanning and specialized areas such as small parts and vascular and Obstetrics and gynaecology scans.
  • Be responsible for independent written reports on 95% of examinations.
  • Develop and maintain autonomous clinical practice.
  • Provide supervision, support, and education to qualified and unqualified staff.

Requirements

  • HCPC Registration.
  • MSC or equivalent in medical ultrasound.
  • CASE registered PgCert in O&G ultrasound.
  • Experience working in NHS OB departments.
