About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled FCA Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team at Three. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits against risk-based compliance models for customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver key insights to business areas from quality monitoring
  • Ensure principles outlined in our internal QA Framework are delivered across operations
  • Work with stakeholders to drive performance improvements
  • Conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement
  • Provide feedback to improve performance in operational areas
  • Identify training needs and provide guidance to less experienced staff
  • Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency
  • Support performance improvement interventions
  • Engage with customers to monitor compliance and gather insights
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in quality assurance environment, ideally in FCA regulated environment
  • Good understanding of Ofcom and FCA quality assurance frameworks
  • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies
  • Analytical skills to produce root cause analysis
  • Ability to work within clearly defined regulations and standards
