Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the needs of our swimmers
  • Integrate our reward schemes into classes to motivate and engage swimmers
  • Ensure the safe provision of equipment and its correct use
  • Conduct dynamic risk assessments to maintain a safe learning environment
  • Identify swimmers' abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential
  • Provide clear explanations and demonstrations of modern swimming techniques
  • Develop swimmers' techniques and identify ways to improve performance
  • Create a positive and fun environment that motivates and encourages swimmers
  • Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback
  • Regularly assess swimmers' progress and arrange for the award of certificates using our online portal
