We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to join our Clinical Scientific Services (CSS) and Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington & Altrincham (WTWA) Clinical Groups. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strong and effective clinical leadership, improving and sustaining clinical practices and standards across all services.
Key Responsibilities- Champion and embed a culture of quality improvement, research and innovation (R&I) to ensure high-quality services now and in the future.
- Work alongside the Trust Chief Nurse to provide clinical leadership and improve patient safety, patient experience, and clinical effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Group Medical Director to provide strong and effective clinical leadership.
- Drive a culture of inclusion and belonging, providing equal and transparent opportunities for career development and promoting wellbeing.
