Salary: £35,000-45,000 depending on experience

Penguin Recruitment is excited to be supporting a Riba Chartered Architectural Practice in Oxford, who are committed to creating sustainable designs. This dynamic design led practice utilise their extensive expertise to exceed client expectations, earning them an excellent reputation.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have substantial post qualification experience within the residential sector, being a proficient user of AutoCAD and Revit, and a proven track record of producing high quality sustainable designs.

Responsibilities, skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Extensive post qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
  • Well versed in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Proven record working on residential projects including bespoke/high end
  • Excellent technical abilities and design flare
  • Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
  • Proven experience running projects from conception to completion
  • Able to lead and manage emergent team members
  • Achieved/working towards MCIAT
  • Passionate about sustainability and innovation
  • Driven for continual development and a thirst for new technical solutions
  • Lively locally to the Oxford area
  • Positive and motivated attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
