Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Oxfordshire. As a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, they offer a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical detailing and design solutions using Revit and AutoCAD. With a strong background in building information modelling (BIM), they will work closely with the team to develop and implement BIM Level 2 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical detailing and design solutions using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement BIM Level 2 standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, particularly on stages 3-7
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing individual design development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality project delivery
Requirements
  • Chartered or on the path to Chartership in Architectural Technology
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the building/construction environment
  • Extensive knowledge of building contracts and UK building regulations
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Ability to deliver quality in both design and technical detailing
