Civils Supervisor

Morrison Telecom Services, a leading Telecommunication Infrastructure Services Company and part of M Group Services, is seeking a highly skilled Civils Supervisor to join our team in the North East. As a Civils Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Telecom Contract, working closely with our field engineers and stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of field engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
- Develop and implement effective plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with Regional Coordinators to ensure estimates are accurate, resources are allocated, and dependencies are met.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the management team to drive continuous improvement.
- Attend supplier CRMs and provide support to help them succeed in delivery.
- Support the delivery of business unit KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive success.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at an operational level, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide direction and governance through the supply chain to deliver improvements in line with agreed plans.
- Manage HA stakeholders and attend relevant street-works meetings as required.
- Feedback risk to the management team in line with our KPIs and strategy.
- A proven track record of working at a Senior Supervisory level within the Telecoms Industry or similar utilities.
- Ability to provide management to field-based teams working remotely.
- A basic understanding of financial and commercial activities and dependencies.
- Ability to understand and implement agreed plans to support business needs and operational effectiveness.
- The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders within the client arena and the supply chain.
- An ability to understand and operate within a process-driven environment.
- A strong technical background across multiple disciplines relevant to projects being overseen.
