Healthcare Panel Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Panel Services Manager to join our team at h2 Recruit. This role involves driving new business revenue and growing existing accounts across the UK/EU region focused on Healthcare Panels and Services.

This is an individual contributor role that requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills and a proven track record in market research sales. If you have a passion for identifying new sales opportunities and delivering results-driven solutions, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and sell our proprietary Healthcare Panel Services & Products (B2C, B2B, Healthcare) into new and existing enterprise accounts and Market Research Agencies.
  • Develop and implement account plans that expand our client base and influence across the UK/EU, positioning us as a digital-first research solutions company for Agencies and Corporates.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging hunting and farming skills.
  • Continuously identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, face-to-face meetings, and road shows.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize inbound and outbound leads, maximizing personal sales efforts.
  • Represent our organization at industry events and conferences, delivering world-class content through speaking opportunities.
  • Work closely with our global team to drive growth and innovation, focusing on new revenue generation.
  • Qualify prospective clients, identify opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Leverage our solutions to identify the best offerings for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and new opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from initial inquiry to close, ensuring seamless delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market research sales, with a focus on the Healthcare sector.

What We Offer:
