h2 Recruit is looking for a skilled Director of Business Development - Healthcare Panels to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving new business revenue and growing existing accounts.

Your primary focus will be on selling our Healthcare Panel Services & Products into new and existing enterprise accounts and Market Research Agencies. You will utilize your hunting and farming skills to deliver sales targets, work closely with marketing to shape inbound and outbound leads, and represent at industry events and conferences.

With a strong background in market research sales, ideally with at least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare sector, you will leverage our solutions and identify best offering for clients, build and maintain client relationships, and manage the sales cycle from first inquiry to close to final delivery.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, plus comprehensive health benefits, a flexible work environment, and competitive PTO plans.
