We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Career Teacher to join our reputable primary school community. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality education and have a proven track record of teaching excellence across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. As a key member of our school team, you will work collaboratively to ensure all students receive a positive and engaging learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire primary students to reach their full potential.
  • Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their academic performance.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe and conducive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support for primary students.
  • School Events and Activities: Participate in school-related events, performances, and parent/teacher meetings, demonstrating a commitment to school life.
  • Safeguarding and Welfare: Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Classroom Management: Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain an orderly and safe learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold QTS or equivalent, with a recognized teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Classroom Management: Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Have a sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in the classroom.
  • Teaching Style: Be able to adapt teaching styles to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
  • Passion for Teaching: Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.

This is a two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating, seeking a strong candidate whose personal values align with our school's ethos of high excellence and care for our students and community.
