Early Years Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Poppetts Day Nursery and Preschool in Shenfield, Essex.

About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a stimulating and inspiring environment that promotes children's development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging learning activities that meet the needs of all children
  • Assess and record children's progress, using this information to inform future planning
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's learning
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery environment, promoting the well-being and safety of all children

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification. You will also need to have previous experience working within the Early Years sector and a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
