Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have experience working on large civil engineering contracts and be familiar with NEC4 contracts.

The role involves delivering valuations, re-measuring drawings and installed quantities, change control, subcontractor procurement and payment, monthly commercial reporting, CVR's, cash flow forecasts, updating risk registers, dispute resolution, and final accounts and audits.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or by experience
  • CSCS
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of NEC4 contracts
