Ambitious medical writer, specialising in market access and looking to excel in impactful value communications.

pobl. is working exclusively with a boutique market access and value communications agency to find talented medical writers. The agency partners with global pharmaceutical companies to develop winning market access strategies and impactful value communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting compelling content: Develop various market access materials, including global value dossiers, payer value propositions, and HTA submissions.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality: Maintain high standards for all written deliverables, verifying information, data, and referencing.
  • Managing projects effectively: Track project progress, develop timelines, and keep projects on schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Mentoring and collaborating: Provide guidance and support to junior writers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contributing to business growth: Participate in brainstorming sessions for new project proposals and business development initiatives.

What You Need:

  • A strong academic foundation: A degree in life sciences or a related field e.g. in health economics (MSc and PhD preferred)
  • Proven writing expertise: at least a few years' experience in market access writing, demonstrating your ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
  • Exceptional communication skills: You're a natural storyteller who can explain complex topics with clarity and ease, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sharp analytical abilities: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to dissect information and present it in a meaningful way.
  • A collaborative spirit: You're comfortable working independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Competitive Salary Package:

The agency offers an attractive base salary, which we estimate to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
