Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

GSL Education is partnering with progressive schools in Portsmouth to recruit Behaviour Mentors to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) across all key stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEN and SEMH needs
  • Manage challenging behaviour
  • Build professional relationships with students
  • Have a fun but firm presence

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
  • Ability to build professional relationships with students
  • Interest in education
  • Passion for SEND and/or SEMH
