Year 6 Teacher Role

The Supply Register is currently working with Leigh Academy Cherry Orchard to find a dedicated and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead engaging, varied and inclusive lessons to cater to students' needs.
  • Liaise with support staff regarding students who require additional support.
  • Track student progress and adjust targets as necessary.
  • Provide students with constructive feedback on their progress.
  • Ensure pupil safety within and outside the classroom.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a qualified teacher is essential.
  • Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one.
  • Must be able to provide a minimum of two references covering the last two years of employment.
