Year 6 Class Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Year 6 Class Teacher to join our vibrant and welcoming faith primary school in Wandsworth. This is a fixed-term opportunity starting in January 2025 and continuing through the end of the academic year, August 2025.

About the Role

As the Year 6 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum, with a strong emphasis on core subjects. You will foster a love for learning in every child and plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 6 curriculum, with a focus on KS2 SATs preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the values and ethos of the school in all interactions with pupils and the wider community
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a proven track record of teaching Year 6 or Upper Key Stage 2 in a UK primary school. You should have strong knowledge and experience of KS2 SATs and curriculum expectations, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
