Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating ISO systems and similar accreditations. This is a salaried position offering £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Write and administer the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Coordinate internal and external audits of the IMS.
  • Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure quality and value for money.
  • Develop and implement effective customer and internal feedback systems.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the Health and Safety Management System.
  • Manage supplier reviews.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Management Team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
  • Proven ability to write and use procedures effectively.
  • Able to adapt quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety principles.
  • Skilled in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
