Job Description

  • Develop and oversee the financial operations of the organisation
  • Drive business growth through effective financial strategies
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Provide timely and insightful financial reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall performance
  • Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise resource allocation
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Manager should possess:

  • Qualification in finance (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of success
  • Extensive knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and financial management software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
