As a Warehouse Supervisor - Nights, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during night shifts. You'll be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of stock.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and report any issues or concerns to the Warehouse Manager, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
