High-Performing Security Systems Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our ADT brand, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of technical expertise.

Your Role
You will be responsible for servicing Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, CCTV & Access Control Systems, to the relevant industry standards. This will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage to property.
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements
- Experience within the Fire & Security industry
- Driving license and ability to lift and climb ladders
- Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment
- Relevant qualifications, such as 18th edition or NVQ, an advantage
