Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of our reactive and PPM service delivery, leading a team to ensure high professional standards are consistently achieved, managing contracts effectively to meet client expectations, developing strong relationships with clients to promote excellent customer service, ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing processes are in place, measuring and delivering KPIs as agreed with clients, and procuring materials required for contracts.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day management of reactive and PPM service delivery
• Lead a team to ensure high professional standards are consistently achieved
• Manage contracts to meet client expectations
• Develop strong relationships with clients to promote excellent customer service
• Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing processes are in place
• Measure and deliver KPIs as agreed with clients
• Procure materials required for contracts
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years' experience in contract management is required, preferably gained in delivering services to the public sector. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and relevant certifications such as FIA and BAFE are desirable. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is necessary.
