About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and treatment quality are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Assistant Spa Manager in the management of the spa, including supervising staff and coordinating treatments.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the spa.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a senior therapist position.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
