Job Description:

The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with The Odyssey Collaborative Trust, a leading educational provider. As an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs across their Primary Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting students with various Special Educational Needs requirements
  2. Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans
  3. Assisting with lesson planning and delivery to ensure inclusive education for all
  4. Providing one-to-one support and small group work as needed
  5. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attending review meetings

Requirements:

  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (HLTA) or related Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working with young people with Special Educational Needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students
