**Job Overview**

The salary for this position is £45,194, paid on a days-based basis. In addition to the base salary, there is also an opportunity to earn up to a 6% performance-based bonus.

**Job Description**

This is a hands-on maintenance role, requiring the ability to work in a dirty engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical bias and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent time-served apprenticeship. Prior experience in a heavy plant environment would be beneficial but not essential.

You should also have a minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding would be advantageous.
