About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy to clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks to clients and staff.
  • Participate in service development and evaluation to improve client outcomes.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in applied psychology.
  • HCPC registration as an Applied Psychologist with Chartered Status.
  • Experience working with clients with complex mental health conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
