About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care Assistant to join our team at Brunelcare. As a Community Carer, you will provide support to our customers in their own homes, helping with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and food preparation.

You will work independently, using your own vehicle to travel to clients' homes. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up to date.

We offer comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support to help you develop your skills and confidence in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers in their own homes
  • Help with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and food preparation
  • Use your own vehicle to travel to clients' homes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant documentation is up to date

Requirements:

  • Naturally kind, patient, and compassionate person
  • Timekeeping skills are paramount
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle
