About the Role

  • Provide person-centred care to our customers in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and food preparation.
  • Administer medication in line with clients' care plans, with full training provided.
  • Help maintain individuals' independence and wellbeing, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and care plans.

About You

No previous experience or qualifications are required, as we provide comprehensive paid training, shadowing, and support to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.

  • You will be a naturally kind, patient, and compassionate person, able to build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Excellent timekeeping skills are essential, as our customers rely on you to provide consistent and reliable care.
  • A driving licence and your own vehicle are required due to the distance between our customers' homes.
