Hays Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a private equity-backed manufacturing group to recruit a dynamic Finance Manager for their Staverton site. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee the balance sheet and ensure financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the balance sheet
- Work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business
- Collaborate with the Group Financial Controller
- Ensure financial systems and processes are in place
- Manage workloads and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position
- Part-qualified/qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience
- Strong MS Excel and data skills
- Key financial systems experience

- Salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience
