Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Channel Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of our CRM strategy. As a key member of our customer retention team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel CRM strategies to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and engagement.
  • Evaluate and improve CRM communications across multiple touchpoints, including email, app, and social media.
  • Manage automated programs, newsletters, and dynamic content to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Conduct regular testing and evaluation of CRM campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with commercial, brand, and trading teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through engagement with external partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CRM software and technology – Emarsys experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a CRM role.
Estimated Salary:

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
