As a Cleaner in our healthcare division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and identifying opportunities to develop this further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • Experience in cleaning, with training provided for the ideal candidate
  • Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals
  • Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery
