Deliver Exceptional Service in Healthcare Cleaning

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our healthcare division at Wetherby Health Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure contract service delivery meets all SLA agreements and cleaning schedules
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and exceed expectations
  • Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (training can be provided)
  • Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
