Strategic HR Business Partner for FinPro

FinPro is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its leadership team.

This role will focus on developing and implementing HR processes and policies across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with business leaders to discuss HR-related matters.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and policies.
  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist management in conflict resolution.
  • Set standards for ethics, values, and culture.
  • Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an HR function in an Insurance or Insurtech company.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR.
  • Experience across the UK and Europe.
  • Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
