Join Belcan's Innovative Team as a Lead Power Electronics Architect

Are you prepared to transform the landscape of space technology? We are in search of a Lead Power Electronics Architect to spearhead the development of pioneering projects. In this position, you will be at the cutting edge of power electronics, influencing circuit and system designs throughout the entire development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging in two thrilling domains: optimized point-of-load converters for RF and digital modules (spanning from 1W to 50W) and standalone DC-DC converter modules (20W to 500W).

- Addressing both isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters, solar power converters with maximum power point tracking, magnetics design, system-level power management, and beyond.

As a lead engineer, you will oversee hardware designs from inception to production. This includes creating product roadmaps, block diagrams, PCB layouts, and providing in-orbit support. You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge with the team, acting as a technical and professional mentor.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.

- A minimum of 9 years of experience in the industry or research focused on power electronics design, analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Demonstrated success in designing, testing, and deploying power electronics products.

- Expertise in Altium and PCB layout for power circuits.

- Practical experience with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in space electronics design and qualification.

- Familiarity with EMI/EMC design and mitigation strategies.
