Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining customer databases
  • Scheduling appointments for customers
  • Making outbound contact to confirm appointments
  • Providing customer service support to customers
  • Ensuring customer information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Following up with customers after appointments
  • Identifying and nurturing leads from cold into buyers

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
