Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Glodon Company Limited. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects based on their needs and fit with our products or services. You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with prospects and understand their needs.
A minimum of 5 years of software sales experience is required, preferably with rich experience in telephone/email sales. Familiarity with the construction industry and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is also an advantage.
