We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Engineer to join our team at Science Solutions Recruitment. As a Quality Management Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all CAPA's and Change Controls are progressed and are BRC compliant within the company's requested timeframe.
- Review customer complaints and ensure these are investigated and communicated with the internal team for improvement.
- Write technical/scientific reports.
- Provide training/support and development to others in the Quality Assurance Team.
- Maintain the Quality Management System to ensure all practices are compliant with ISO and BRC regulations.
- Hold a Scientific Degree.
- 2 Years' experience (minimum) working as a Quality Systems Officer or Quality Assurance Officer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Pension - Employee 5% Company 5% (this increases to 7% in 4th year of employment and 9% in the 5th).
- Holidays - First year 23 days, second year 24 days fifth year 25 days (plus bank holidays).
- Social working hours - No weekends.
