The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team, reporting directly to the Quality Director. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) and driving compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and control all quality system documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  2. Manage Group-level documentation, including procedures and work instructions, to ensure consistency and compliance.
  3. Respond to customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner, within defined timeframes.
  4. Collect and analyze customer feedback from various channels, including social media and online product reviews.
  5. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to drive business growth.
  6. Manage customer portal systems and specification databases, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  7. Work with Harford data to support complaint responses and highlight areas for improvement.
  8. Log, report, and verify CAPA activities, ensuring effective closure and prevention of future issues.
  9. Manage QMS change control and participate in Product Specification Change control, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance.
  10. Conduct internal audits of the QMS, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in QA and quality management systems, with a strong understanding of GMP, BRC, and ISO standards.
  2. Experience in FMCG manufacturing, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Auditing experience in an FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
