Job Title: Data Governance Strategist

Join CORUS Consulting as a Data Governance Strategist and play a pivotal role in shaping our global data strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an enterprise-wide data governance strategy that ensures the integrity, security, and quality of our data assets.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures data quality, security, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure data governance best practices are adopted across the organization.
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain data governance metrics and KPIs to measure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on data governance best practices and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
  • ~5+ years of experience working in data-related or project roles, preferably in data governance or data management.
  • Strong understanding of data governance industry best practices, including DAMA's DMBoK & CDMP and EDM Council's DCAM.
  • Hands-on experience using data governance tools, such as data catalogs and data quality tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
