Job Details


We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our office in London. The successful candidate will be a member of the Advisory team, working with clients to evaluate the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations worldwide.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct research and data collection activities to support client projects
  • Design and deliver engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine impact on client development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Consultant and Advisory Studio Director to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs

Qualifications



  • A degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment under pressure
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly numerate and competent with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modeling
  • Well-travelled with a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs

About the Role


This is an intermediate position for a real estate professional who is highly numerate and comfortable with quantitative data and analysis. The Senior Analyst will liaise directly with clients and be responsible for the delivery of assignments.
