Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Associate to join our team at The Grand, York. As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and providing a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and efficient service to our guests, from the moment they arrive.
  • Make recommendations and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
