About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served promptly, meeting high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Offer guests additional food and beverage options to enhance their experience.
  • Payment Handling: Process cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Room Service and Events: Assist with room service orders and serve guests in our conference and events areas.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding to guest needs and concerns.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions and team meetings to develop your skills and knowledge.
