About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospital Operations Manager to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital facilities during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of night staff to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Address any emergencies or issues that arise during the night
  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating patient records and handling admissions and discharges
  • Ensure the safety and security of patients, staff, and facilities by monitoring security systems and conducting regular checks

Requirements

  • Experience managing a team previously
  • NHS experience is desirable
