SEN Educator

Reed Further Education is seeking a skilled SEN Educator to join their team. As a SEN Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to learners of all ages and backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification, such as AET, PTLLS, PGCE, or a certificate in education, and a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in the teaching subject area. They will also have experience interacting with 16-19-year-olds in an education or apprentice setting.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage challenging behaviour. They will also have a current Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through Reed Compliance.
