Job Title: Marie Curie Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Administration team based in Edinburgh & the Lothians. As a Marie Curie Administrator, you will provide clerical and office support to managers and teams throughout the South & East of Scotland, ensuring all contacts receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including minute taking and arranging patient appointments
  • Work with patients and colleagues to provide a comprehensive and professional secretarial and administrative service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies
Requirements:
  • Recent knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures, including minute taking
  • Experience of working within an admin role or a customer-facing service
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work towards deadlines
  • Emotional resilience to work with people affected by death, dying, and bereavement
