We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Administration team based in Edinburgh & the Lothians. As a Marie Curie Administrator, you will provide clerical and office support to managers and teams throughout the South & East of Scotland, ensuring all contacts receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to managers and teams
- Arrange patient appointments and professional meetings
- Create agendas and take accurate minutes
- Support the Administration team in providing a comprehensive and professional service
- Recent knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures
- Experience of working within an admin role or a customer-facing service
- Ability to prioritize workload and work towards deadlines
- Emotional resilience to work with people affected by death, dying, and bereavement
