We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiator to join Sharples Davies at our head office in Stoke-on-Trent, with the option to relocate to Tutbury. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Landscapers, Groundworkers, and Tier 1 Contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, managing, and supporting all tender enquiries with the estimating team. They will also coordinate workload with colleagues in the estimating team, direct and manage OTP projects up to an agreed value threshold, and support the Commercial Manager/Director with high-value and/or complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, manage, and support all tender enquiries with the estimating team.
  • Coordinate workload with colleagues in estimating team.
  • Direct and manage OTP projects up to an agreed value threshold.
  • Support the Commercial Manager/Director with high-value and/or complex projects.
  • Work closely with Construction and Technical Teams to price works accurately.
  • Attend Pre-start meetings where required, which may involve site attendance.
Salary Package:

Negotiable base salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package includes a pension scheme and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
